We love this cabbage and grow it for an early ripening period and excellent taste. I want vitamins, but not everything is still ripe in June, - kohlrabi helps out. This variety grows quickly, takes up little space. The stump is round, not very large, maximum 10 cm.
Peeled - similar to a radish, but very juicy. On a grater three of it in a salad. Her taste is sweet, slightly spicy. With mayonnaise or sour cream, it is just perfect. It is necessary to plant a little or eat quickly - it outgrows and grows stiff, it is already impossible to grate, the fibers become hard. You cannot store it.
We didn’t seem to meet flabby. There was a case, individual bushes went into color, but this is a couple of seeds for the whole pack. He loves water, but also tolerates drought normally, though it will not be so juicy.

I plant this variety almost every year. To get a harvest faster, I first sow seeds for seedlings at the end of March at the school. I do not dive them so that they take up less space at home.
In late April - early May, I plant seedlings in the country, cover with lutrasil so that frost does not damage it. In June, we are already eating juicy roots.
The variety is unpretentious. Somehow there was no place in a sunny area, I planted seedlings behind the house on the north side, where the sun is only in the morning and evening. And excellent root crops have grown. When planting, I add compost and ash, then they are large.
Stored perfectly. But for storage, Vienna White Sow directly to the garden in mid-July. In early October, I dig up, cut off the leaves, store them in the refrigerator.
