Pepper variety Everest
If I were told that I need to limit myself to only one variety of pepper for planting, I would probably choose Everest. I appreciate it for the guaranteed high yield. Up to a dozen fruits ripen on the bush at the same time. You collect them in technical ripeness, and the next line is already on the way. Like any other peppers, this one appreciates good lighting and generous watering. I use only organic fertilizing.
The bush is of medium height, about half a meter and spreading, while burdened with large fruits. Therefore, it is best not to plant more than four plants per square meter.
Everest peppers are as delicious as they are beautiful. Massive, compact, in the form of square boxes of regular shape, thick-walled, sweet and very juicy. Ripening, they become bright red. A pronounced pepper aroma will decorate any salad. The fruits are suitable for almost any type of canning, stuffing and freezing. Just a versatile variety.
