This variety is suitable for caviar and other winter eggplant salads. Fruits without bitterness - so you don't need to soak them before cooking.

Since the plant is early maturing, I recommend planting it for harvesting a little later than the rest of the varieties, if you grow it in a greenhouse. I plant in open ground, so it ripens later for me. Seedlings need to be planted at a great distance, because bushes are tall and thick, will shade each other. They bloom together and bear fruit well. I do not use chemistry for feeding, I feed it with a mullein about twice a month, I often loosen and huddle. I water in moderation, although they love water, but they will tolerate a day or two even in the heat of 40 ° C - this suits the townspeople.
