Borlotto bean variety

In fact, no one eats asparagus beans, except cowpea, so I grew them for grain - in borscht, vinaigrette ... So, I didn’t taste the pods, but as grain beans I liked it, delicious.

I planted it in March and in May, but frosts overtook the March - and some froze, but the rest was ready in July; and the May one - in August. The brighter the place, the larger the beans.

The bushes are not tall, with one I got an average of 7 pods, 5 - 6 beans per pod. I came to the conclusion that with an insufficiently large garden, a curly one would be more suitable for me, and a bush one - for those who have a lot of land and have no time to arrange supports.
