Many varieties are much more promising for the northwest in this sense, but Pink honey is worth growing, at least in small quantities, in your greenhouse. Not my favorite variety in my collection. The bush itself is small in size and produces few large fruits.
We live in the Volga region, and summer is different every year, so it is not suitable for open ground, I plant it only in a greenhouse. There was a sad experience of growing without shelter, then all the bushes got sick with late blight, even spraying did not help.
Pink honey requires more maintenance than other tomato varieties. But it is great for salads and various preparations - the fruits are large and fleshy.

Not a bad variety. It was grown exactly as a salad, table. We love those big and sugary. In the first harvest, we got few of them, but we had very large tomatoes. The largest is about 1300 grams for sure. Last year they planted a second time, but there were no such large tomatoes. Although it is a rather tasty tomato, we are not going to plant it in the future, we are more fond of universal varieties for fresh food and canning.
