Pepper variety Volovye ear

I first met this variety 4 years ago. It was sold as a novelty from the Gavrish company. A picture of a large, bright red pepper caught my attention. Sowed as usual in February, planted seedlings in the ground in May. The bushes grew tall and vigorous, with a lot of ovaries. A feature of the variety is that it requires very intensive watering, especially during hot and dry summers. It is also advisable to tie up the bushes in order to avoid breaking them from a large number of large fruits. In the fall, I was harvesting a truly "royal" harvest. The weight of individual fruits reached 500 grams.
