I have been planting "Kazachok" for 3 years now, quite by accident I discovered this amazing variety. Cabbage is early ripening, so in the middle of summer there are already fully formed heads of cabbage.
Perfect for salads and fillings in pies and pies. But for salting, not quite, because it turns out soft, there is no crunchiness, and it does not depend on the marinade or brine.
The heads of cabbage are not large, not stuffed, the leaves are located freely, so the weight is always small. But this is convenient, since half a head of cabbage is enough for a salad, but Kazachok does not like to lie down. I advise you to use it immediately within 3 - 4 days. Otherwise, the leaves will darken and wither.
This variety of cabbage loves watering at the stage of fruit formation, and when the ovary has already appeared, not much moisture is required.
