Variety of cabbage Vestry

From the emergence of mass shoots to the onset of technical ripeness, 105 - 110 days pass (ripens 15 - 20 days later than the Tobia hybrid and 10 days earlier than the Ambrosia hybrid).

The plant is powerful. The leaf rosette is raised. The leaves are slightly bubbly, medium to large, green in color, with a waxy bloom of medium intensity. The edge of the leaf plate is slightly wavy.

Covered heads of cabbage, flat-rounded, dense (4 - 4.8 points), uniform, yellowish-white in cross-section, weighing 4 - 8 kg, with a fine internal structure. The inner stump is short, the outer stump is of medium length. The yield of marketable heads of cabbage is 550 - 740 c / ha, which is 30 - 120 c / ha higher than the yield of standard varieties Cecil and Ramada. The maximum yield recorded in the Smolensk region is 870 c / ha. The output of marketable products is 95%.

The Westry hybrid is versatile: it can be used both fresh and for processing and winter storage. Most often it is used for fermentation. This cabbage is not stored for very long - only 4 months.

This variety is resistant to fusarium wilt (race 1), and also perfectly preserved on the vine.
