Cucumber variety Lyutoyar (F1)
Lutoyar is a parthenocarpic hybrid of a mid-ripening cucumber, bred by the Turkish seed company Yuksel Seeds. The variety is suitable for growing in private and private farms, in open and protected ground. It can be used in both the first and second revolutions. The period from germination to fruiting in the spring-summer turnover is 50 - 55 days, in the summer-autumn - 32 - 35 days.
Plants are medium-branchy, female flowering type. The leaves are dark green. 2 - 3 ovaries are formed in one leaf sinus.
Zelentsy of dark green color, cylindrical, large tuberous, 10 - 12 cm long, weighing 90 - 110 grams. Frequent pubescence. The thorns are white, prickly. The pulp is fragrant, dense, without voids. 6 - 7 kg of yield are obtained from one plant. 2.2 - 2.3 plants are planted per square meter. At the same time, about 20 fruits can be poured on the bush. After harvesting, the greens retain their presentation for a long time.
The Lyutoyar variety is characterized by stress resistance, high early and total yield, as well as a long fruiting period. Even with minimal formation, a large number of fruits are tied. Possesses increased resistance to white and gray rot, which is important when cultivating cucumber in the second turn and during rainy summer (in case of planting in open ground).
The hybrid is well suited for canning. But even in fresh form, the fruits have high taste properties.
Advantages of Lyutoyar cucumber: unpretentious care, transportability, marketability, high yield.
It is worth noting that this hybrid was previously produced under the name Janissary.
