Sowing for seedlings is carried out in the third decade of April. In late May - early June, in the phase of 3-4 true leaves, the seedlings are transplanted into the ground. Planting scheme - 50 × 50 cm. Sowing seeds directly into the greenhouse is carried out in mid-May.

Due to its increased shade tolerance, the Berendey hybrid is recommended for growing indoors - on balconies, window sills and loggias. However, it is worth noting that with excessive shading, cucumbers often grow irregular, pale (with light green skin) and small tubercles. On the other hand, when grown on the south side, light shading from the bright sun is required.
