Description

The leaves of the cucumber are petiolate, pentagonal, medium dissected, green. There is a notch at the point of attachment of the petiole, the blades are non-reaching. The edge of the leaf plate is serrated. The surface is slightly rough, like the stem. The flowering type of the variety is mixed. The fruits are solitary. The ovary in Aquarius is oval, with a tuberous surface and dense mixed pubescence. The shape of the greenery is elongated at the base, elongated-oval. In cross section - round-triangular. The fruit is considered large, its length is 12 - 14 cm, diameter is 4 - 4.5 cm. Weight 108 - 121 grams. The surface is sparsely lumpy. The color is green, with short blurred stripes. The pulp is dense, juicy, crispy, without bitterness. The taste is excellent.

Characteristics

• The culture is early in terms of ripening. From the moment the first shoots appear until the start of harvesting, it takes 45 to 60 days. The fruiting period of Aquarius will run from June to August;

Agrotechnics

Sowing of cucumber seeds is carried out in May, when the threat of return frosts has finally passed, and the soil warms up to 10 - 12 ° C.
