Agrofirm SeDeK has delighted gardeners with an unusual variety with a beautiful name Garden Pearl. The plant not only looks decorative, but also has excellent taste. The new tomato was entered into the State Register of Breeding Achievements of Russia in 2017 and received permission to grow in all regions of the country. Description
The plant is determinate, low, 30 - 40 cm high. The shape of the bush is creeping, so it is convenient to grow the variety in hanging pots as an ampelous culture. It looks very elegant, and it is interesting and convenient for children to harvest. Shoot formation is good. The stem and stepsons are of medium thickness, but very strong, do not break under the load of the crop. Leaves are medium in size, regular in shape, dark green. The inflorescence is simple. Fruit cluster consists of 8 - 10 ovaries. The first brush is formed over 4 - 5 leaves. During the season, a prolific bush of the Garden Pearl forms from 300 to 500 tomatoes.
Fruits are of medium density, round, smooth. An unripe tomato is colored light green without a dark spot at the stalk. When ripe, it becomes pink, with a pearly pearl tint. The skin is quite firm, but not tough. The pulp is juicy, fragrant, seed nests - 2 - 3, the seeds are very small. The taste is excellent, the taste is sweet, with a slight sourness. Fruit size is small, weight - 15 - 20 grams.

- The amazing Garden Pearl belongs to the ultra-early maturing varieties. She will delight with the harvest in 87 - 93 days after the emergence of full shoots;
- the yield of the crumb is excellent due to the regrowth of lateral shoots, on which fruit clusters appear. In different sources, this figure is quite high - from 2.0 to 7.0 kg of tomatoes from one bush. True, the State Register notes that 4.8 kg were collected from 1 square meter under the film shelters;
- the fruiting period is long, the plant will form ovaries before the onset of persistent cold weather;
- there is no specific data on immunity, but the resistance of the Garden Pearl to major diseases has been reported;
- fruits are resistant to cracking;
- transportability is good, tomatoes can withstand the hardships of transportation. Shelf life, according to reviews, is long-term, if you follow the storage standards;
- the way of use is universal. The kids are very fond of collecting sweet tomatoes and eating them in their natural form. You can make a salad from the fruits, decorate a finished dish with them. Another advantage of the variety is the ability to use it in whole-fruit canning.
Agrotechnics
The best way to grow Garden Pearl is seedling. The term for sowing seeds is from March to April. You will definitely need a pick in the phase of 2 real leaves. The transplant is carried out in May or early June. The recommended density is no more than 4 plants per 1 square meter. Do not save space, since the bush spreads out very much during the fruiting period and can take up to half a meter of area. To the delight of busy gardeners, there is no need to form a plant. On the contrary, the more stepsons are formed, the more productive the bush will be. But it is recommended to remove ripe fruits on time so that the plant switches its nutrition to the formation and ripening of new tomatoes. Care is normal, but the variety should be planted on well-drained and nutritious soils.
