Beet variety Barynya
For our region, when the summer is only one full month, there is no better beet variety than Barynya. The fact is that we sow seeds already in late April - early May, she can sit without risks until the very warmth and thus "catches" every warm sunny day in May and springs up wonderfully. For our stony soil, we do not use the standard scheme - sowing 2 cm, but only lightly sprinkle the seeds - up to 1 cm. The most remarkable thing about this variety is the color and taste, besides the fact that it is remarkably stored. After all, it's nice to eat not some faded fodder beets, but bright and juicy ones. The Lady's fruits are just such, appetizing.
