A boy with a finger is a parthenocarpic hybrid of an early ripening cucumber, bred in the Russian breeding and seed company Manul. The period from full germination to fruiting is on average 37 - 41 days. In 2000, the variety was added to the state register of plants of the Russian Federation. Approved for use in all regions of Russia. Designed for spring-summer turnover. The best results are obtained when cultivated in film shelters. There are reviews of the bountiful harvests of this hybrid when grown indoors - on a windowsill.

Bushes vigorous, medium-growing, indeterminate (the growth of the main stem is not limited by the flower cluster), female flowering type. Leaves are green, slightly wrinkled, of medium size; the edge of the leaf is slightly wavy or without waviness at all. In one node, from 2 to 6 ovaries are formed (on average - 3 - 5 pcs.). Planting density in the greenhouse - 2.5 plants / sq. meter, in the open field - 3 - 4 plants / sq. meter.

The zelents are oval, small tuberous, without a neck, 8 - 10 cm long, weighing 50 - 65 grams. The skin is green, with faint short white stripes. Frequent pubescence. The thorns are white, not prickly. The yield of marketable fruits is 10 - 13 kg / square meter. Cucumbers not picked in time are overgrowing. It is recommended to remove them when they reach the gherkin size (6 - 8 cm).
